There are a range of membership options available for you to choose from, if you're unsure come and meet the team or just ask!
If you're new to CrossFit you will need to have an induction, and then we recommend the Bronze Membership. This gives you the opportunity to experience CrossFit training and won't burn you out, but ensures you are coming enough to start seeing the benefits.

Induction - £95
This is done on a 1-2-1 basis with one of our coaches outside of our class times. It tends to take around 2 hours, and we cover all of the basics you will need to know before joining the classes. You will also have a little workout at the end to give you a taste of what to expect.
Gold Membership - £211p/m
Use of the gym to include up to 6 taught sessions a week. The idea here is to attend 4/5 CrossFit classes and the remainder to be made up of strongman, weightlifting, gymnastics or yoga.
Silver Membership - £173p/m
Use of the gym to include up to 4 taught sessions a week. The idea here is to attend 2/3 CrossFit classes and the remainder to be made up of strongman, weightlifting, gymnastics or yoga.
Bronze Membership - £130p/m
Use of the gym to include up to 8 taught sessions a month. These can be any mix of CrossFit, strongman, weightlifting, gymnastics or yoga. Best suited for those who travel or don't have regular schedules.
Drop-in price - £22
Can attend one taught class. This is meant for travelling CrossFitters or people who have experienced CrossFit before. To buy a drop-in, choose the class you wish to attend on our timetable and pay as you register.
CrossFit Kids - Block of 5 Classes - £42.50
Able to attend 5 CrossFit Kids Classes.
CrossFit Teens - Block of 5 Classes - £62.50
Able to attend 5 CrossFit Teens Classes.
