Having been an all-round sportsman from a young age a few serious injuries put Nathan out of action. He then discovered CrossFit and realised he could have the team spirit and competition all wrapped up in a WOD. The rest is history. All you really need to know about Nathan is that he endorses heavy lifting & long rest periods!
