Slow. Workout involves a big load (e.g. heavy squat clean or DL ) or challenging skill (Bar MU or gymnastics complex ) which you are capable of, but which you are unable to perform quickly or unbroken.


Gear 2

workout with moderate loads and skills. You should be able to move consistently, but not unbroken or very quickly


Gear 3

all out, aim for unbroken or very close to that.
