Introductions

Dylan first discovered Crossfit February 2014 where his first workout had to be a 20 rep max backsquat.

After realising he finally had legs and walking backwards down stairs was fun he put the barbell curls away and set on a path of Olympic Lifting!

No repping you for no reason (he's not even joking)
