PJ first discovered CrossFit in 2010 and like many of us, after his first workout he was left amazed at how such a simple WOD could actually be so hard. He was hooked.  It was such a complete change to what he was used to when training with Neil at a normal gym.  However as he was stronger than Neil on most things, he still has fond memories of this time.
