Introduction

Sara discovered CrossFit in 2010, and moments after finally catching her breath again after her first WOD (it took a while), she was hooked and has never looked back. Similar to most male CrossFitters, she enjoys challenges and lifting things heavier than her, the only difference being she does it with nicely manicured nails and doesn’t need to grow a beard to lift heavy. And whoever said atlas stones are only for the boys?! They’re so much fun! Although smiling most of the time, Sara regularly judges CrossFit events and will spot a no rep from a mile away, beware…
