The perfect class to get fitter, stronger and have some fun. Classes are a combination of strength work, cardio, weightlifting, skill based exercises and sweaty workouts. Always fully coached and suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
This is our core class, the one that we are known for. Each class will have a maximum of 8 members in it, so the focus is on quality coaching, and ensuring you are moving well. Once you have the movements down, then and only then do we look at pushing the loads and the intensity. It is the all-round class that will get you fittest the fastest in every way.)
Perfect for those short on time or who just want to work on their conditioning. Get in and warmed up, work out and get out all in 45 minutes. Best suited for those who have at least 2 months of CrossFit training under their belt. Always fully coached.
This is a class best suited to you once you are familiar with most of the movements used in the CrossFit classes. These classes are still limited to 8 members and are always fully coached, but move at a faster speed than our CrossFit classes. We take you through the movements that are about to be used, ensure you have scaled appropriately and then you’re straight into some sweaty work.
A chance to really focus on your weightlifting technique. Each hour is dedicated to either the snatch or the clean and jerk. We follow 4 and 6 week cycles of each movement, each time really focusing on the one aspect that is going to make you a better lifter. Again, this class is always fully coached.
We use weightlifting in both our CrossFit and Conditioning 45 classes, but this is a chance to slow everything down and really focus on the two Olympic lifts, the snatch and the clean and jerk. Speed and intensity are put to one side and we get to geek out on how to make you a better weightlifter. Classes are still limited to 8 members which means you will get lots of 1 to 1 attention while you practice.
This will be full of heavy lifting and sweat. Don't let the name put you off, this class is ideal for all levels of strength and ability. You don’t have to be strong, and you don’t have to be a man. If you're aim is to get stronger and have fun, get signing in. You’re going to be noticing a trend now, this class is always fully coached!
This is a class where you get to play with some cool toys. Axle bars, d balls, yokes, farmers carries, sleds, battle ropes and more are pieces of equipment you will get used to. It’s a class to get strong moving odd shaped objects as well as the primary lifts of squats, deadlifts and presses. You will also get a sweat on with a Strongman WOD at the end of each class. Just 8 members per class and coach who loves coaching Strongman.
A class when you really get to focus on controlling your body. Want to get better at pull ups, press ups, handstands, muscles ups and more? Then this is the class for you.
We use gymnastic movements in both our CrossFit and Conditioning 45 classes, but this is a chance to slow everything down and really focus on how to control your body and how to move efficiently. This is certainly not saying you won’t sweat or work hard, as you will, but the real focus is on your technique and how to keep you progressing.
